I feel like I matter here. My husband and I have been going to Chad Parrish for many years and will never go to another group or practice. I have been a nurse for 15 years so I know a good Dr, PA, and NP from a bad one. Chad and Kristen are up there with the best. They not only care about your physical health but your emotional and mental. I truly feel that they care about me as a person and not just a patient. Chad has gone above and beyond his duty as our PA to call and see us after hours and on weekends when we were having some problems. He knows his stuff and has performed minor surgeries on me and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him do it again. I literally trust him with my life and recommend everyone, young to old, if they want an excellent practitioner that is knowledgable, kind and considerate to make an apt to see Chad Parrish.
This clinic actually cares about you. Dr. Parrish cares and listens to me. He is very open and honest. Will try to do whatever he can to help, instead of just throwing drugs at the problem. One of the best doctors we’ve been to. Office staff and nurse staff are all courteous and nice.
The first time a met with this group they took my blood work and then lost it. After waiting for a week and not hearing from them, I called them back and found that it was never sent to the lab. I had to return to have it drawn again. Then when I went back one month later to see if the new medication was working, and had my blood drawn again, they charged me an exorbitant amount of money and I didn’t even see the Dr.! Only the nurse who drew my blood. I will not be returning.
We took our kids to Chad Parrish when we first moved to Salem for their sports physicals/wellness checks. We were so impressed with how thorough the exams were and how genuine he is that now we go to Hillside Medical Clinic for the entire family’s medical needs. One of my kids severely cut his finger working on a woodworking project at the high school. The clinic got him in immediately to see Chad who gave our son such amazing medical care. Our son was so worried about not being able to run at Regions for Cross Country that year. Chad numbed his thumb for him before the race so that our son could still compete in that last race. As long as we live in Salem, we will go to Chad Parrish for our medical needs. He is truly the BEST!
I have been going to this facility for several months now and I cannot say anything but good about them. Dr. Parrish is so caring and really does take time to listen. The staff is very accommodating and always try to do their best to fit my family in. My prescriptions beat me to the pharmacy. I would recommend Hillside Medical to anyone and I have.
