This was a horrible experience. Don’t go here. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour watching people called back to see the doctor who arrived after me. I went back and for the third time explained what I was there for. Doctor gave me a numbing shot and said if it dosent feel better in a few days come back… pretty much did nothing. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TREATMENT!!
They need to have consistency in how much stuff costs and not make the patient pay for the office’s mistakes.
Did what I needed to get done.
I had met with Dr. Archer 3 times about neck nerve pain that I had been dealing with. I had already gone to the urgent care were they took X-rays and MRI showing some concerns with my spine. The appointments I had gone to see Dr. Archer he seemed to not care what I was telling him, told me that he thought I was faking my pain (which I had gone to 2 of the appointments in tears from how much pain I was in) and had not answered any of the questions I was asking and/or searching for. He seemed to not care about anything, and had come to his own conclusion that it was just muscle spasms (which I had dealt with many times before) and had no explanation of the intense nerve pain that I was feeling consistently for the past 3 weeks. Even when asking him if there was something I could get to at least manage the pain to were I could at least function and be able to work, he prescribed me some prescriptions and told me to not bother making another appointment to get them refilled because he thought I didn’t need them. To say the least, I was very disappointed and hurt that a doctor that I was coming to for help/answers was so rude to me.
Dr. Archer has lost his grip on human decency. With him leaving his practice in Payson he’s more concerned with coasting into retirement then taking care of the root problem. X-rays and a MRI confirmed problems that he would do the bare minimum for and was irritated to deal with the absolute minimum to help out. We had an appointment with a Dr. that cares about getting to the root of the problem and solving it. Went back in for help until the ACTUAL DR. was available, asked questions about getting referrals started and what he thought. Ended up with questions about what I thought should be done on top of him acting like taking care of a patient wasn’t his problem. I could go on and on about my 2 visits to him. I’ll leave it at avoid this clinic and research someone who isn’t trying to coast into retirement and has no respect for the oath he took 70 years ago.
