This is honestly one of the worst medical facilities I have EVER been to (and I have been to a LOT). Between Dr. **** running out of the room when they think you’re done with your appointment and you aren’t – requiring you to now wait for them to be done with the next patient they ran off to, to the staff who NEVER send things (prescriptions, urine samples, among other things) off to the pharmacy or the lab. I honestly don’t know which is worse. You are only a paycheck to them. Zero respect for you or your time. I’ve given them chances over and over again and I have hit my last straw. This facility is a JOKE. RUN AWAY as far as you can from this facility. Choose ANY other facility before them. I honestly hated giving them even one star.
Carol is the best dr ever. She’s been my dr for so many years. She takes very goid care of me.
Ok, My review comes with a “small” story.. I was forced to find another Dr. (primary care physician) because my Dr. who I had been seeing for ‘Ever’ was no longer going to have his practice! And I am NOT a “go to the Dr. kind of person” anyway so I wasn’t just Annoyed and irritated! I was scared and didn’t want to tell my “personal” life to yet Another!!! I was told about Hillside by a Super Lady, I don’t need to use her name she knows who she is, and made my call to see the New Dr! First I was so amazed that the appt. wasn’t 4-8 weeks out!!! I think it was the following week! AMAZING!!!! So, Long story short….Chad Parrish is both mine and my husbands Dr. Chad is Awesome! I would tell Anyone that is looking for a Dr. to definitely go to Hillside! They were All so nice from the front desk to the nurse and Chad Parrish. <3<3 We are staying!!
