Booking your visit is easy! Call us at 801-477-9007 or use our secure texting app Klara. When scheduling, please have your valid insurance information, address, phone number, and birthdate ready.

2. Check-In Process

To save you time and make your visit more convenient, check-in is now done completely online through Phreesia. You will receive a check-in link via email or text before your appointment. This lets you upload a photo ID, insurance details, medical history, current medications, emergency contact info, and a brief description of why you’re coming in.

Depending on your visit, your provider may perform necessary exams or order tests. Drawing labs is common to check vital health markers and diagnose conditions. Tests for strep throat, mono, flu, COVID-19, and more are performed as needed.

After reviewing your exam and test results, your provider will discuss treatment options and recommend a plan that best suits your health goals.
